Audio Task Lr

 1) Type up your feedback from your teacher.

WWW: videos and stills, range of well sourced clips, pacing, parallel and contrapuntal

EBI: Embed video, start w parallel, abrupt ending

2) Type up your feedback from fellow students - you can summarise key points if several students give you similar feedback.

WWW: Well sourced clips, good variety of clips, clear shift in sound, Used some original clipd
EBI: More original clips, embed vid,

3) Now reflect on your work and write your own evaluation of your video. Write a 'What went well' (WWW) paragraph and a paragraph for 'Even Better If' (EBI) underneath the rest of your feedback.

WWW: Good use of images and clips that both work well with the song and dont work with it, good selection of song that clearly conveys an emotion.

EBI: more original

4) Learner response: compare your own video against your evaluation of the top three videos in the class. Whose did you think was best and why? How could you have improved your own video?

I think Ashans was the best as the audio and images clearly convey a happy emotion and the shift of images are blatant and it all fits the brief. I could have improved mine by using far more original clips

5) Finally, what have you learned about the importance of sound to film and TV through this work?

I have learnt that sound can change the whole video and emotional importance behind a scene. It can also be the final addition needed for an iconic scene such as the use of "I like to move it move it" in Madagascar.
